Triumvirate Environmental is seeking EHS Consultants to manage multiple projects, lead project teams and WOW clients in the New York City market. You will work directly with a variety of clients to execute projects such as environmental audits, manage EH&S programs onsite, and conduct facility-specific training.


We are looking for those with experience working within biotechnology/pharmaceutical firms, universities, healthcare facilities and/or manufacturing facilities. Eager environmental professionals looking to join a growing practice are encouraged to apply for this position!


Essential responsibilities and duties include:

  • Conduct EH&S trainings on a regular basis
  • Multi-media compliance audits
  • Permitting (e.g., air, wastewater, storm water, etc.)
  • Regulations review and research
  • Development of facility plans/manuals (e.g., SPCC, Contingency, Emergency Action, etc.)
  • Technical research and reports


Required qualifications: 

  • 3 years minimum, 5 years maximum Environmental Health & Safety experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a hard science ie. Biology, Chemistry, Engineering or Environmental Science
  • Training/public speaking skills
  • Knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations including: Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, Resource Conservation & Recovery Act, Department of Transportation – Hazardous Materials, Occupational Safety & Health Act
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail with ability to keep the big picture in mind
  • Excellent people skills; ability to work well with clients and co-workers
  • Self-starter, motivated individual
  • Preferred computer skills: MS Office, Visio, CAD
