Business Operations Analyst

 

Are you a recent graduate of a MBA Program who is looking to get hands-on experience working in the “C-Suite” of a Multi-Million Dollar Company?

We have a unique position supporting C-level executives in a role that will have you immersed in the day-to-day operations of the business. This is not an Administrative Assistant role. To a great extent, you will be a project manager under the direction and support of a senior leader. 

Responsibilities:

  • Project manage various business-related projects, particularly ones related to mergers and acquisitions.
  • Support the President on general administrative tasks and "to-do's"
  • Track, organize and create goals for the top 50-60 Triumvirate employees
  • Complete acquisition-specific projects by researching new markets and competition in those areas
  • Create and implement reporting metrics and KPIs
  • Create and deliver frequent employee and management goal reports
  • Assist with writing a business plan and process improvements for Triumvirate's manufacturing business unit
  • Partner with IT to implement new programs to the company
  • Create and roll-out a brand for Triumvirate's EH&S consulting services 
  • Prepare agendas, PowerPoint Presentations and other reports as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree with a focus on Business, MBA preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of experience with mergers and acquisitions
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
  • Team player with the ability to interface with all levels of management
  • The innate ability to be collaborative
  • Exceptional analytical skills and a keen intuition
  • Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and listening skills
  • Strong and well-advanced administrative support skills
