    Oil Processing Technician

    This position works closely with field personnel to ensure compliant operation of a 270,000-gallon oil processing and transfer facility.  Position requires a person who can work effectively both under minimum direction and as a part of a team.     Essential responsibilities and duties include:

    • Coordinate daily loading/unloading of tanker trucks at the facility. 
    • Coordinate daily operations (such as housekeeping, tank farm and facility maintenance) in compliance with Triumvirate’s SPCC, Storm Water and Wastewater Permits.
    • Be a member of Triumvirate’s Emergency Response Teams.
    • Maintain vendor relationships including ordering supplies necessary for Triumvirate facilities and operations, negotiating pricing and creation of Purchase Orders.
    • Operate of industrial equipment such as a forklift and front-end loader/backhoe.
    • Complete of waste shipment paperwork using Triumvirate’s waste tracking program.  These documents include waste manifests, LDRs and profiles.
    • Keep an accurate account of all oil, commodity and supply inventories that can be reconciled against actual receipts.
    • Maintain relationships with disposal facilities including scheduling inbound loads and assisting in audits and negotiations.
    • Work with management to provide reports and documentation detailing operations of Triumvirate facilities.
    • Assist in reviewing procedures, plans and permits to ensure they protect the environment, accurately describe operations and allow for WOW! Level service to Triumvirate’s customers.
    • Physical activity required including climbing ladders and carrying heavy items.

    Required qualifications:

    • High School diploma
    • Class B CDL with Hazmat (X) endorsement preferred
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred.
    • Drive to advance along with skills, knowledge and experience.
