Business Operations Project Manager – Office of the President


Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you are called upon to prioritize multiple concurrent tasks? Triumvirate Environmental is seeking an intelligent, motivated self-starter to assist the President on special projects to maximize effectiveness and enhance the growth of the company.  All the while, you will be working side by side with a variety of departments and across many functions. This candidate must be passionate about their role and possess the initiative to proactively manage the responsibilities and tasks the position brings.  The ideal candidate will possess discretion, good judgment, and maturity.

Essential responsibilities and duties include:

  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience overseeing operational business initiatives
  • Suggest process, data and reporting improvements to stakeholders
  • Provide metric-based, operational decision-making support
  • Assist the President with special business projects pertaining to many facets of the organization
  • Support cross-functional programs, processes, and systems to drive performance and productivity improvements
  • Build and maintain positive relationships and rapport with internal employees and external associates
  • Facilitate cross-departmental / cross-regional meetings
  • Anticipate needs and be one step ahead

Required qualifications:

  • Masters’ Degree in Business preferred
  • Bachelors’ degree in Business, Marketing, or Liberal Arts, required 
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
  • Enjoy working on multiple projects simultaneously, able to work accurately and effectively under pressure
  • Strong Excel (Pivot tables), Powerpoint, and word skills
  • Team player with the ability to interface with multiple levels of personnel within and outside the company
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills combined with excellent listening skills
  • Willing to travel when needed
