  Facility Supervisor   Do you work in the environmental field and have an interest in pursuing a career at a Treatment Storage Disposal Facility (TSDF)?   As a Facility Supervisor, you will be able to work closely with the Facility Manager and be involved with nearly every aspect of TSDF management.   This is a unique role that will give you exposure to RCRA and DOT compliance, technical services, transportation, and disposal coordination, as well as ten-day and universal waste management. It is our hope that with the right training, mentoring, and experience, you will be able to grow and manage your own Triumvirate TSDF.    First & Second shift positions available.     Essential responsibilities and duties include: - Develop the knowledge and experience to manage a Part B permitted TSDF - Understand TSDF permit and MA DEP expectations for TSDF management - Support general facility compliance including performing daily/weekly/monthly compliance inspections, training, SOP implementation/review, and process review - Supervise general facility operations including serving as management if the facility manager is not available - Consolidate waste according to TSDF permit, disposal facility requirements, and customer preferences - Chose appropriate disposal facilities for waste based on acceptability, Customer preference, and cost - Understand waste determination regulations to assist with profile management and approval - Coordinate outbound loads- setting up deliveries, scheduling transporters, etc. - Develop an understanding of OSHA regulations, Triumvirate’s Health and Safety Practices, and EPA regulations - Demonstrate your supervisory leadership abilities through interaction with coworkers - Work towards becoming familiar with technical, customer service, and business components of environmental services - Work with computerized waste tracking systems - Upon completion of emergency response (ER) training, you will be part of an in-house ER team Most important responsibility: - WOW!     Class B CDL Driver - Philadelphia Overnights Required in Baltimore   Triumvirate Environmental is looking for a CDL Class B Driver to transport hazardous and regulated waste. This is a great opportunity to join one of the largest environmental firms in the country!   Essential responsibilities and duties include: - Do weekly trips to Baltimore, MD & support local Philadelphia routes. Stay overnights in hotel (2-4 nights) in Baltimore for the first few months of hire. Home for the weekends. - Pick up and delivery of hazardous and regulated medical waste with a sharp focus on customer service. - Develop a complete understanding of DOT, EPA & OSHA regulations and TEIs Health and Safety Practices. - Execute onsite support services for the entire lifecycle of a hazardous materials management programs at client sites by performing chemical inventories, segregating chemicals, and shipping hazardous waste off-site. - Characterize, consolidate, pack, and ship hazardous waste for clients per RCRA and DOT regulations. - Understand and execute all required paperwork, including required driver's daily logs. - Perform pre- and post-trip inspections. - Show determination/eagerness to learn and retain a basic knowledge of daily work practices. Required qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent required. - Minimum Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL). - Hazmat endorsement. - Basic knowledge of, or interest in, hazardous waste field. - Self motivated person with the desire to learn. - Successful completion of OSHA/ DOT physical examination which includes drug and alcohol screening. - This is a Safety Sensitive Position.   Receptionist     The main function of the receptionist is to provide high-level administrative support by handling information requests and performing clerical functions.
